Incredible

Just part exchanged for a different Golf R at the weekend. The amount of attention paid to the car I was trading in was incredible - never seen that before and gave me great confidence that the car I was hoping to drive away with was given the same due diligence. From enquiry to keys, the whole process was so professional - can't fault any of it. On top of professionalism, everyone on the team is knowledgeable and genuinely lovely - it made any time spent waiting on the day very enjoyable! At the end of the process I got to drive away with a car I'm over the moon with! Hoping to keep this one for a number of years, but the FSP team will be the first place I look the next time I'm in the market for a new car. Thank you team!
